This is a man's undergarment with a stylish Senja bill.
Senja-fuda is said to have originated from the custom of 'nofuda（make an offering the amulet tag）', a sign of dedication when visiting shrines and temples.
It was originally used for religious purposes or as a commemoration of worship, and it was believed that a day-trip visitor would be able to obtain the same merits as a overnight visitor while sticking it up.
In the Edo period, the element of play was added, and in addition to the tag (title tag), multicolored colored tags came to be used.
